We do not receive or store payment card details. Payments are processed by Midtrans or PayPal under their own privacy policies.
3Data that stays on your server
ZySentinel protects your server locally. Web access logs, attack events, blocked IP lists, firewall rules, malware scan results, and quarantined files are processed and stored on your server and are not sent to us, except content you choose to include in a feedback report. Some of this local data may include personal data of your own website visitors; for that data, you are the controller.
4Usage statistics (telemetry)
Telemetry is on by default and can be turned off at any time in the plugin: Settings → Telemetry: OFF. When it is on, Google Analytics 4 receives:
- from your server: an anonymous installation ID (MD5 of the machine ID), plugin version, operating system name and release, CPU architecture, and event names (for example, opening a feature);
- from the browser of the person using the plugin in aaPanel: your server's public IP address (used as the page title), the panel hostname, and the standard data and cookies of Google Analytics.
We use these statistics only in aggregate and do not sell them.

We do not sell personal data.
6Transfers outside Indonesia
Some recipients above (such as Google, PayPal, Cloudflare, and GitHub) may process data outside Indonesia. We use them only with safeguards required by UU PDP and their contractual data-protection commitments.
7Retention
- License records and license-check data: while the license exists, and afterwards only as long as needed to handle disputes or abuse.
- Order and payment records: as long as required by Indonesian accounting and tax law (up to 10 years).
- Feedback reports: as long as needed to handle the report.
- Other data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.
8Security
Traffic to our services is encrypted (TLS). License tokens and modules are signed; premium modules are encrypted per license. Our staff dashboard is restricted by network and protected by two-factor authentication, and access is logged. No method is perfectly secure; if a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the authority as required by UU PDP.
9Your rights
Under UU PDP you may ask to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and obtain your data in a common format. Turning off telemetry withdraws it immediately. To use your rights, email [email protected] with your license code or purchase email; we respond within the period set by law. You may also complain to the personal data protection authority in Indonesia.
10Children
ZySentinel is a server security product for businesses and administrators and is not directed to children.
11Changes
We may update this policy. The version and effective date are shown at the top; material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, in the plugin.

Kami tidak menerima atau menyimpan data kartu pembayaran. Pembayaran diproses oleh Midtrans atau PayPal sesuai kebijakan privasi masing-masing.
3Data yang tetap di server Anda
ZySentinel melindungi server Anda secara lokal. Log akses web, kejadian serangan, daftar IP yang diblokir, aturan firewall, hasil pemindaian malware, dan file karantina diproses dan disimpan di server Anda dan tidak dikirim ke kami, kecuali isi yang Anda pilih untuk disertakan dalam laporan feedback. Sebagian data lokal itu dapat memuat data pribadi pengunjung situs Anda sendiri; untuk data tersebut, Anda adalah pengendalinya.
4Statistik penggunaan (telemetri)
Telemetri aktif secara bawaan dan dapat dimatikan kapan saja di plugin: Settings → Telemetry: OFF. Saat aktif, Google Analytics 4 menerima:
- dari server Anda: ID pemasangan anonim (MD5 dari machine ID), versi plugin, nama dan rilis sistem operasi, arsitektur CPU, dan nama kejadian (misalnya membuka sebuah fitur);
- dari browser orang yang memakai plugin di aaPanel: alamat IP publik server Anda (dipakai sebagai judul halaman), hostname panel, serta data dan cookie standar Google Analytics.
Kami memakai statistik ini hanya secara agregat dan tidak menjualnya.

Kami tidak menjual data pribadi.
6Transfer ke luar Indonesia
Sebagian penerima di atas (seperti Google, PayPal, Cloudflare, dan GitHub) dapat memproses data di luar Indonesia. Kami memakainya hanya dengan pelindungan yang diwajibkan UU PDP dan komitmen pelindungan data dalam perjanjian mereka.
7Masa simpan
- Catatan lisensi dan data pemeriksaan lisensi: selama lisensi ada, dan setelahnya hanya selama diperlukan untuk menangani sengketa atau penyalahgunaan.
- Catatan pesanan dan pembayaran: selama diwajibkan peraturan pembukuan dan perpajakan Indonesia (hingga 10 tahun).
- Laporan feedback: selama diperlukan untuk menangani laporan tersebut.
- Data lain dihapus atau dianonimkan bila tidak lagi diperlukan untuk tujuan di atas.
8Keamanan
Lalu lintas ke layanan kami dienkripsi (TLS). Token lisensi dan modul ditandatangani; modul premium dienkripsi per lisensi. Dashboard staf kami dibatasi jaringan dan dilindungi autentikasi dua faktor, serta setiap akses dicatat. Tidak ada metode yang sepenuhnya aman; bila terjadi kegagalan pelindungan data yang berdampak pada Anda, kami akan memberi tahu Anda dan otoritas sesuai UU PDP.
9Hak Anda
Berdasarkan UU PDP, Anda berhak meminta akses, perbaikan, pembaruan, atau penghapusan data pribadi Anda, membatasi atau menolak pemrosesan, menarik persetujuan, dan memperoleh data Anda dalam format yang umum. Mematikan telemetri langsung menarik persetujuan tersebut. Untuk menggunakan hak Anda, kirim email ke [email protected] dengan kode lisensi atau email pembelian Anda; kami menjawab dalam jangka waktu yang ditetapkan peraturan. Anda juga dapat mengadu kepada lembaga pelindungan data pribadi di Indonesia.
10Anak-anak
ZySentinel adalah produk keamanan server untuk pelaku usaha dan administrator, dan tidak ditujukan untuk anak-anak.
11Perubahan
Kami dapat memperbarui kebijakan ini. Versi dan tanggal berlaku tercantum di bagian atas; perubahan penting diumumkan di halaman ini dan, bila sesuai, di plugin.
